Not during ordinary operation. Exceptional access only occurs when the studio requests support or supervision, or in response to a formal, legally valid request from a competent authority. It is always limited to the necessary scope and subject to the applicable controls and audit trail.

Public verification is designed to confirm a document’s status through its code without displaying unnecessary personal information.

No. The studio’s country and region drive configuration. Spain identifies SIF and VERI*FACTU; Italy uses SdI/FatturaPA; Portugal uses ATCUD/SAF-T; and other jurisdictions use their own workflows or external fiscal devices.

Proton Studios Systems keeps managing the studio and configures its output to coexist with the required external workflow or device. It does not show VERI*FACTU to a studio whose jurisdiction requires another system.

Proton Studios Systems only activates a tax integration after completing the process required in that jurisdiction: registration, testing, certification or formal approval, as applicable. The logos identify the connected system; they do not mean commercial sponsorship by the authority.

Public help covers studio setup, daily operation, minors, cash, professionals, files, account management and document verification.
